The Gift of Friendship Sometimes life becomes difficult to bear and my heart becomes lonely and scared my whole world turns upside down and starts to spin round and round "where do I go from here" I ask Only god knows so walk his path with hours of praying and crying for help my eyes filled with tears as I wept and knelt longing for someone who could understand you opened your arms and held out your hand to be someone so patient, so loving so kind I new you where the friend god sent for me to find with smiles so warm and hugs so tight you wiped away all my tears, pain and frights you never gave up on a friend in despair it was nice to know someone who cared someone so special in a way you always seem to make my day your always there when I need a friend always my friend Until the end Copyright © by Amanda Jenkins 2007
